Woody Allen’s drama “September” has been given a release by MGM on Blu-ray. It is middle-of-the-road Allen, but still an enjoyable watch.
Fun City Editions has given the 1974 dramedy “The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz” a solid release from a 4K transfer of the interpositive. Richard Dreyfuss gives a fearless performance as the abrasive and ambitious Duddy.
“Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” is a perfect finale to an exceptional trilogy. Sean Connery is an amazing addition to the cast, and the script by Jeffrey Boam is wonderful. The new 4K UHD by Paramount is exceptional in every regard.
“Raiders of the Lost Ark” is still the greatest adventure film ever made. The new 4K UHD included in Paramount’s box set is an excellent upgrade and should be owned by all filmlovers. It has never looked better.
