“Pollock” was a passion project for director and actor Ed Harris. Harris had a real vision for how to tell the story of the complicated artist, and it comes across in the film. Harris is superb in the lead role.
“The Truman Show” has been given a fantastic 4K UHD upgrade to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The film was a great success showcasing Jim Carrey’s dramatic talents and the beautiful scenery of Seaside, Florida.
“Top Gun: Maverick” gave theatrical audiences a reason to take a breath and eat some popcorn. It is a satisfying sequel and a loving tribute to Tony Scott. “Maverick” is our favorite film from 2022.
