Le Mépris is one of Godard’s finest works. The film finds Godard working with amazing collaborators (Coutard, Bardot, Piccoli, Delerue) to create a memorable work of art at the peak of his powers. The 4K release is beautiful.
“Alone in the Dark” is an excellent thriller with elements of humor and horror. Jack Palance, Donald Pleasance, and Martin Landau Are all wonderful in the film. Shout! Factory has given the film a great release.
