Sony Pictures has given the Chris Farley vehicle “Beverly Hills Ninja” a strong Blu-ray presentation that should please fans of what is arguably Farley’s weakest film.

“Varsity Blues” was one of the most beloved teenage comedy-dramas of the Nineties. Paramount has given the coming-of-age small town football film its due with a new 4K UHD release to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
Paramount Pictures has given the 1997 thriller “Kiss the Girls” a 4K UHD release. Morgan Freeman stars as Dr. Alex Cross from James Patterson’s bestselling novels.
With “A Moment of Romance” Radiance Films dives into Nineties Hong Kong cinema with Benny Chan’s film that is both a crime story and melodramatic romance. Andy Lau stars in an early role. The tonal changes are interesting, David Dresser’s essay is excellent, and this release comes recommended.
“The Truman Show” has been given a fantastic 4K UHD upgrade to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The film was a great success showcasing Jim Carrey’s dramatic talents and the beautiful scenery of Seaside, Florida.
