“Double Impact” is one of Van Damme’s most enjoyable films. MVD Rewind Collection has updated their 2019 release for 4K UHD, resulting in the definitive way to experience the picture. Highly recommended!
“Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die” is an entertaining and unhinged science fiction adventure that leans heavily into dark satire of our very strange times.
“One Battle After Another” is a triumph that meets the precarious political climate of our times head on while delivering an exceptional action experience. Warner’s 4K delivers exceptional video and audio.
Arrow Video has started 2026 out with a bang. “Under Siege,” starring Steven Seagal, has been given a true facelift that will make fans (like myself) want to leap for joy. Andrew Davis’s classic action film has received the royal treatment.
“Jurassic World: Rebirth” is the best entry in the series since “Jurassic Park.” While not perfect, there is a lot to like about the Gareth Edwards directed and David Koepp written film.
“Black Belt Jones” pairs Jim Kelly with director Robert Crouse just one year after “Enter the Dragon.” Sadly, “Black Belt Jones” is not nearly as good as that picture. Regardless, Warner Archive has done a tremendous job on their new restoration.
Eureka! Entertainment brings Joe Cheung’s “”Flaming Brothers” to Blu-ray. The film is notable to see screenwriters Wong Kar-Wai and Jeffrey Lau’s take on the heroic bloodshed genre with Chow Yun-Fat in a leading role.
Despite starring Sylvester Stallone and Sharon Stone at the peak of their powers in 1994 in Miami, “The Specialist” fails to generate any heat. Warner has reissued their 2011 Blu-ray.
“Three the Hard Way” is a blaxploitation film that unites three of the genre’s biggest stars – Jim Kelly, Jim Brown, and Fred Williamson – to kick some white supremacist ass. Warner’s Blu-ray looks great.
Warner has done a brand new 4K restoration of the cult hit film “Constantine” from the original Super 35MM negatives, and it looks tremendous. Fans of the picture will be elated.
